Future Development Potential

With residential development progressing northward in Solon and the property positioned along the community’s long-term growth corridor, approximately eight acres of open ground on the property’s west end could offer intriguing future development possibilities, potentially including one or more high-end homes.

Previous discussions with the City of Solon have indicated that annexation could become possible as adjoining property to the south is annexed and developed. Any future subdivision or development would, of course, be subject to survey, annexation, zoning, utility availability and governmental approval.
