After more than 35 years at 4518 Sutliff Road, Sally and I are beginning to think about the next chapter of our lives and the possibility of eventually downsizing. This house has been the setting for decades of family memories, and we are in no hurry to sell.

We anticipate considering offers beginning in May 2027, with offers starting at $1,950,000. We have the flexibility to wait until the timing and the next owner feel right.
